Student Drop-off and Pick-up times
– limited student supervision
Prep Students
- During Term 1, Parents and caregivers are asked to personally escort Prep students to the Prep classroom covered area each morning, after 8:15.
- During Term 1, Parents and caregivers are asked to personally collect Prep students from the Prep classroom each afternoon at 2:50. During Terms 2, 3 & 4, Prep students will be escorted by staff to the pick-up zone for collection.
- Students attending OSHC will be collected from the pick-up area and signed in by staff.
- NOTE: This arrangement will remain in place for at least Term 1, but will continue until Prep students are ready to undertake the same drop-off and pick-up arrangements as older students.
Students Years 1 to 3
College staff will provide 15 minutes supervision of students before and after the school day.
- In the morning, staff supervision commences at 8:15am
~ Students should gather in covered near the classrooms.
~ Please follow staff directions at all times. - In the afternoon, staff supervision concludes at 3:05 pm
~ Students will normally be supervised in the area adjacent to the carpark pick-up zone.
~ In the event of heavy rain, students will be supervised in the Block C covered areas between classrooms, where they can be collected by parents and carers.
~ Students attending OSHC will be collected from the classroom and signed in by staff.
~ Please follow staff directions at all times.
